Cosmetics Good Documentation Practice - Filling and Recording Information
One of the requirements of Good Documentation Practice is that records are kept safe from amendments, edits, or damages, and, if required, they are retrievable within a reasonable amount of time. To enable this, most companies will have some basic rules that need to be followed when filling in information or recording data of any kind. These rules are typically defined in a Standard Operating Procedure, or SOP, to ensure consistency across the whole organization.
This course is aimed at those directly responsible for completing and recording all the information needed to complete necessary documents for GMP compliance. The topics focus on proper recording times and dates, signatures, modifications and amendments to existing documents.
