Cosmetics Good Documentation Practice (GDocP) Training Package
Companies in a regulated environment must use a controlled process to manage documents. The process a document goes through, from when it is created to its eventual archival or destruction, is called a document lifecycle. It is a systematic approach to create, manage, and store all documentation to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
This course includes 4 GDocP training modules:
Document Control System
This course focuses on the compliance requirements that companies must follow to create, modify, and manage documents. Proper documentation control mechanisms are required to ensure the accuracy, integrity, availability, and legibility of documents.
Creating and maintaining documentation
This course covers the importance of Good Documentation Practice and the GMP requirements that should be kept in mind while creating and maintaining documentation.
Filling and recording information
This course covers the basic GMP requirements for filling and recording information.
Types of documents
This course covers the two categories, or types, of GMP-related documents required to show compliance in a regulated environment: those that provide task-related procedural or instructional information, and those that provide task completion information.
