This course introduces the employee to HACCP, the hazards controlled by HACCP, and their role in keeping food safe with HACCP and the HACCP Plan.
(NOTE: This is not the HACCP Certification course for SQF Practitioners or FSSC 22000 Food Safety Team Leaders.)
The course takes 20-30 minutes to complete. It includes video, narration, and interactive quizzes. If the employee doesn't pass the quiz, they are directed to re-watch the video and try again. They may download or print certificate of completion once they successfully complete the course.
