Juice HACCP Certification Training

This Juice HACCP Certification course includes a certificate of completion with a seal from the International HACCP Alliance. This certificate is recognized globally and shows that you have completed the HACCP Certification course.

The course takes 12-14 hours to complete. You may log in and out to work at your own pace, according to your own schedule. When you log in again, you may begin where you left off. You will have 90 days to access and complete the course.

The course is made up of 12 chapters. Each Chapter includes videos, followed by interactive exercises which allow you to work with the information, and practice using it using real-world scenarios.

Gain experience and a deeper understanding of the steps involved in writing a HACCP Plan. You will work with a model Food Safety Plan, complete exercises, and work through each step of the process of building your 100% Juice HACCP Plan.

The final knowledge check is not timed and you may use your notes. The passing score is 80%. If you do not pass, you may retake it until you do.

This course is designed for Food safety managers, plant managers, food safety team leaders, SQF Practitioners, line supervisors, HACCP Food Safety team members, QA/QC managers, system implementation associates (ISO, FSSC, SQF, BRC, IFS, etc.) and any other associates interested in achieving a better understanding of the implementation/maintenance of the 100% Juice HACCP Regulation and Food Safety HACCP programs.
