Sustainability for Leaders in the Food Industry

This course is for Business executives or managers, and sustainability managers.

There are no prerequisites, but it is helpful to complete the Introduction to Sustainability for familiarity with the concepts.

There are 2 sections. Each section includes a video followed by interactive exercises that allow you to work with the information, and practice using it using real-world scenarios.

Gain experience and a deeper understanding of the environmental, social, and economic trends that threaten our food system, and the differing responses of businesses to these trends. Learn to identify potential risks and potential opportunities and use this information to craft a strategic initiative for sustainability.
