How long do I have to complete the course?

You may log in to the course and begin right away. You can log in and out at your convenience (24/7) and complete the course as you have time. Your account will be set up to give you 90 days of access.

This training package is licensed to one student with 90 days of access, however, the downloaded templates are yours to use within your facility forever.

Is there a final test?

No, there is no final test. You will watch videos, then complete interactive exercises to practice and test your knowledge. You must score 80% or more to pass and move on to the next one. If you do not pass, you can try again as many times as you need to in order to complete the exercises. The training will not lock you out if you fail.

What about HACCP?

BRCGS HACCP Team Leaders are required to complete HACCP certification training (HACCP Certification is a separate training and is not included in this course, and it is not required to complete before beginning this BRCGS Training).

Meet the Expert

This course was developed by Cynthia Weber. Ms. Weber is our Director of Online Training and has over 25 years of national and international experience in Food Safety Management. She has designed resources, training, consulting, and documentation tools for food safety systems including PCQI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SQF, BRCGS, and ISO 9001 which have been used worldwide. Ms. Weber has also been a registered SQF Trainer and consultant, an approved trainer (ATP) for BRCGS, a Lead Auditor for GFSI Schemes, participated in the Approved Training Organization Program with FSSC 22000 and was an FSSC 22000 approved trainer. She is a Lead Instructor for FSPCA.
